Description This is a mountain worker in China, I saw him on the way up to the peak of Yellow Dragon Mountain, Alt. 12000 ft. That is not a wood beam on his back, rather, it's made of cement... weighting in at 120lbs each. This guy is about 5'5", weighting maybe 100lbs himself, yet every day, he carries several of these up 3 miles of mountain roads on his back.

Feel the weight on his shoulders, and rethink about how hard your job is.

That picture really makes me pause and take notice. The stark beauty of the trees and mountains is breathtaking.. it's a dramatic and obviously fitting background for someone with such strength and perseverance as the cement beam carrier. (I'm not even sure how he can do that!)
