I was refering to Pheobe's, but now that I look closer, both their eye's colours are about the same in this pic XD

Oh they are indeed both red eyes.
But Pheobe's eyes are crimson red. And Rebecca's eyes are like purple-pinkish kind of red (Like the color of her hair).
