I just put the drawing through a filter, since I know my ways around editing images and I've been using that to my advantage, since I can't color anything and I can't draw digitally.
Sometimes it blends so well with the drawing it's uncanny, but awesome!

... hoh, that's rich. You should really play OneShot. It's a game I love to death.
The freeware version is easy to find (and, duh it's free!), but there's also the remastered version in Steam, which has the Solstice thing I talked about. It's some sort of...expansion.
Whatever, it takes you less than a few hours to complete, and you will NOT stop loving it.
Just don't spoil yourself anything.

Thoough I should have tried more colors. I love this warm yellow-orange, but it could have been brighter!

No problem~ Your artwork looks so pretty with some added colors and it doesn't have to be as colorful as my own art, it can just have minimal colors to fit the mood. Well for the aesthetic of the artwork, I think you used the right amount of brightness. Make it glow bright in the dusk background but not too much light.
