If you didn't just close the DM it's just a matter of right clicking and even if you did you could just go back where you found it which would also be a matter of few clicks, but since you're saying it as if you wouldn't even if you could, then that's not precisely a sign of not being upset.
As for the other thing though...
...that's awfully disrespectful to just go out and say, I didn't even comment specifically on your commission. You shouldn't even notify me about you cancelling something that doesn't exist or telling me that you just went and asked someone else for it. My art is not a cheap towel, you know, it's harmful to just know I'm disposable on your eyes. Maybe you didn't imply it and just told me for the sake of it, but the whole context just makes it a possiblity.

I happened to see you comment on a post about commenting on artist's pages and whatnot (feels like inception XD). I just wanted to say that I love what I've seen so far on your page and can't wait to check out all of your work!! I'm a traditional artist too (just getting into digital art again after years), so it feels especially nice to see traditional artists on here that are making really amazing and cute and all-the-great adjectives art!!! You said you prefer comments over favs, but I am still going to favorite AND comment so I can have your work saved on page if that makes sense?

Don't worry, I'm rather known elsewhere as someone who writes too much so I don't mind wordy stuff. Well, it may be that I don't mind this one in particular.
I usually don't get much attention, my stuff doesn't catch anyone's eyes. I've recently made a big change with those filters of mine, even being able to do something that almost looks digital, and it's awesome.
And that...seems to work! So far people seem to finally start liking what I do and...it feels great, because the feeling of nobody caring about it was just starting to pursue me. I'd really thank that kind of continued support you're telling me!
But for now...thanks again. This kind of comments really bring a smile to my face.
