I was messing in Clip Studio Paint and found the music note stamp and I got this idea. Took me a while to do it too. She's a bit more yellow than I wanted, but all the coloring is in two layers and I'd rather not mess with it. The outfit was inspired by Leviathan's from Zettai Bouei.
