Intelligent: Mafuta is quite the intelligent leopard, and he is very up-to-date on everything around the pride.
Passionate: The leopard is passionate about life and his goals, and will in turn use his passion to drive his motivation.
Cunning: Mafuta is cunning enough to hide his intrigues and is able to "play the game".
Corrupt: Mafuta is willing to do terrible things to further his goals...
Deceitful: Many a lie has passed through this leopard's mouth. He is not one to be trusted.
Pre Group History:

Mafuta was born into Daraja and was raised by a father who was content with being nothing but someone to walk over. His mother died in childbirth, allowing his father to attempt to raise him to be thankful of the positions that they were given with life. But this was not enough for Mafuta, and instead he started to work his way up to the top. He would bring honor to his family and their bloodline, and he would make sure that he would climb the ladder and work with the chaos. Mafuta worked in the shadows manipulating things, and when his father died a mysterious death he shed his crocodile tears...

And then he threw himself into his work.

Mafuta belives in bloodline purity, and he knows that the prince hanging around this lioness -if you could call her that- was against all of his morals. The leopard believes that the queen, as old as she may be, should still have some sense in her and not produce hybrids of all things. At least respect Tukuru's hatred of the foul things! Nonetheless, Mafuta has earned the rank of ranger to allow for him to work on the borders, and to stay hidden in the shadows some more.
