Oh, not quite, but it's close!
I don't have the carton for it anymore either But I made it twice so I'll see how much I can remember!
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup of chocolate mint holiday silk (but if you can't find any more you can use just regular chocolate silk soymilk)
-cocoa powder and/or crushed candycane
-1 TBSP of butter
-12 oz of chocolate (I used dairy free chocolate chips from Chocolate Dream [link] for which you'll need 2 bags cuz each bag only has 10 oz)
-1 tsp of mint extract
-1 heat resistant bowl to simmer water in
Directions:
Mix chocolate, chocolate soy milk, and butter into a small pot (with a handle). Then fill the heat-resistant bowl with about 1 cup of water (or how much you'll think you'll need to have the bowl about 1/3 full) and put it over the stove to simmer. Once the water starts simmering/bubbling put the pot with your mixture into the water and stir it until it melts. Make sure to have oven mitts on. Once it's all melted mix in the mint extract. Then pour the melted chocolate mixture into a flat bowl/pan (like you would bake coffee cake in) and set it in the fridge to cool for 1 hour. Make sure it's about the exact time, or even a bit longer than an hour, otherwise its really melty and hard to form (but fun and messy and yummy! ^^). Don't worry about them over-hardening because seriously they don't get that hard, even when they're done. After the hour or so is up, take the pan out of the fridge and, with a spoon (and your hands if you don't mind the yummy mess) form the chocolate into balls and roll it in cocoa powder or crushed candy canes or both! And in some cases its better to sprinkle them rather than roll, especially if they're pretty melted. After that's all done put it in the fridge again for one more hour or over night, depending on when you made them. And then you're free to enjoy
Clean up is a bit messy, but the bright side is you can pre-wash your hands and the dishes with your tongue
Okay, so those are the directions (with my comments on them, lol). I remembered them pretty well too! Hope this helps If you want I can post some pictures of us making them so you can see what it looks like.
