Nice shading on the hairs, eyes and lips, the hands are also drawn very good and realistic. The eyes look very intense and thoughtful. I think the way his face is tilted, some part of his right nostril should be visible. The shape and detail of the ears can be improved. Do use reference when drawing clothes fold for the t shirt.
