I have seen official concept art for triple A videogames that is worse than what you have here, you've pretty much mastered equine anatomy.
If I may offer some tiny criticism, your lighting is a bit flat. You should focus on improving light sources and shadows, and don't be afraid of darker, more dramatic lines.

Thank you! Lighting is actually one of the things I'm working on at the moment; I always consider my light sources, but not always successfully or far enough, so I've been working on a little exercise thing of different sources and directions and stuff. When I get round to finishing and uploading it, critique is more than welcome!

I'm hardly an expert on landscapes, but I do know a bit about character design and composition.. in some ways, lighting and use of color is more important than anatomy (though being good at anatomy certainly helps). it's often lighting and color contrast that grabs people's attention more than anything.Β
You'll get there, you certainly have the talent. I look forward to seeing more.

I think one other exists, owned by chibrule, which is a dom. However the gene is weird and written as GlmGlmr so I have no idea how it passes or whether it passes radioactive every time or if it also passes normal glimmer. No one seems to know.
That said, I may not be keeping this horse and if I am, I don't really have any plans on breeding him tbh, not for a while.

There are other glimmers out there - finding them takes some digging and most of them are related to each other, which makes sense if there were a few starters made.Β A173 Benji is one
