I think you're doing really well with faces and hair. Your facial expressions are great ( I love the noses and eyes especially they look great!) and the picture has a lovely vibrant feel. The legs and hands look really good too.

For next time i would suggest making him slightly taller by about 1 to 2 heads just to get the body proportions a bit more realistic. If you are having trouble use reference images. Try using this one: [link] -it's very helpful and I know I need to use it too.
