Personality as a Human: Sociable ▪ Cheerful ▪ Shy ▪ Positive ▪ Carefree

Seth is a very happy and talkative person. Although, he is shy towards strangers but is full of optimism when accompanied by his friends. He addresses his fellow friends in a rather ‘cute’ way by adding ‘tan’ in the end. His purpose of wearing long sleeves is to be able to cover his eyes when interacting with a stranger.

Personality as a Mage: Quiet ▪ Impulsive ▪ Private ▪ Patient ▪ Honest

As a mage, Seth is not very sociable. He prefers to keep his face covered and minds his own business. Quite similar to his human self, he only talks with people he’s comfortable with. He is very straightforward and acts before he thinks (which is one of his bad habits). However, Seth has a short temper and is gentle towards others (only the ones he cares about). He has a short-term memory, and also holds great hatred towards human beings.

Likes: Rabbits, Mice, Fish, Squirrels, Beavers, Moose, Elk, Deer, Bison and Alexander
Dislikes: Vampires (jk), Animal Cruelty, noisiness, nosy people

Half human, half wolf; a new baby was born.
“What should we call him?” A woman asked.
“Seth,” a man replied, “Seth will be his name.”

Seth was raised in a forest filled with many kinds of stray animals. But his home belonged in the wolves’ territory. Seth recalls nothing about the time he was born only that his name was Seth. His memory began when living with a pack of wolves. ‘Family’ he calls them. Consist of having human blood didn’t matter to the wolves. They still considered of him as part of the family. Seth was fed well, taught well, raised well; it was all he could hope for. But his peaceful days did not last for long.

Another ordinary day, his daily hunting process continued. In his hand were 12 fishes. Exhausted, he rested and took a nap. When all of the sudden, he heard a click from the ground. Men running in his direction were shown in his eyes. Seeing them with guns and with their vicious look in their eyes, Seth was terrified. He attempted to run away but was unluckily caught by one of the three.
“What’s the catch today?” one of them said.
“It’s rather strange...” one replied.
“Pretty useless to us, but we can make real good money out of this one.” The other insisted.
He was warned about these three. They frequently come around the area to hunt some creatures. Seth struggles but it was hopeless. He was completely outnumbered and his energy was reduced from hunting. Giving up, Seth relaxed his hands and closed his eyes.

Transferred to a nearby town, with his hands tied. He stood on a stage along with other beings. Men in hats, women wearing bonnets stare at him like he was some kind of monster.
“You all are the monsters. MONSTERS!” Seth yelled with anger.
Mutters were spread from the audience. The hunters had a troubled look in their face. They took Seth backstage and started to throw their fists to his face.
“Ridiculous boy, just keep quiet and make us some good money.” one said as he raised his knee up Seth’s stomach.
Seth coughed and coughed. Their hitting he thought was endless. ‘Monsters....’ he thought once again. But, during the abusing, a man called out,
“That’ll be enough, boys.”
The three stopped, and stood straight. Seth, catching up his breath, slowly turned his bruised face towards the man’s eyes. Clothed in rich material, he had a slight smile on his face.
“Did you think that you could sell him to others for a higher price?” he questioned.
“S-Sorry boss...” the leader cried.
“You’ll be off today, but there won’t be a next time.” He smirked as the three hurriedly ran from the backstage.
“Come on son, clean that disgusting expression of yours away and follow me.” he demanded.
Seth had no choice. So he used his energy to stand up with his weakened legs and followed the stranger.

Seth was led to a large, wealthy house. Women and men in black and white welcomed the man using the term ‘master’. He continued to follow the ‘master’ until they reached a room larger than the size of the wolf territory. The man sat down and questioned,
“What’s your name?”
Seth kept his mouth shut thinking, refusing to answer. The man then sighed and ordered Seth to follow the maid. The maid who had a sad look on her face led Seth down to the cellar. She pointed her finger to a steeled cage and using her eyes, told Seth to go in. Seth was then locked in the cage with no company, no food; but just his self.

There was no positive thing in that cellar. It would only be that boy who would always sneak in and talk to him. His name was Alexander. Seth really liked Alexander, not only because he was his first friend, but he was the only person who Seth does not see as a monster.
Every day, Seth would slam his body to the bars to hopefully break him free but it was useless. That hard work result just gave him bruises, but Seth was too stubborn to stop. Alexander realized and asked Seth about the source of this problem. Seth would look down and keep quiet because he doesn’t want Alexander to worry. But it didn’t go the way Seth wanted it to. Alexander took a key from his pocket and unlocked the cage. Seth was shocked and asked him why. Alexander then said,
“I just can’t see you suffer anymore.”
With sadness in his eyes, Alexander freed Seth and said goodbye. To make Alexander happy, Seth left without turning back.

Years have passed but Seth could never forget about that day. Now thirteen, his days continued as a wolf. Sleeping, eating, hunting, it was just like before. Although, Seth would dose off and reminisce his trapped days. However, a sudden change occurred. A howl from a wolf was heard. From then on, amount of howls were increased. Birds flying, deer running, he was clueless of what was going on, until he looked around him. He was experiencing death. His family were all killed. Lying down on the ground with gunshots in their body. Flames surrounded the dead animals as he dropped down on his knees as he was seeing red...all red...blood. A thick smoke blinded him. He covered his head with his hands and cried.
“MONSTERS!” he yelled, “YOU KILLED MY ONLY FAMILY!”
He kept on crying, he’s all by himself. As the flames creep closer a similar cry from afar called for him.
“SETH!! .. SETH WHERE ARE YOU!?”
He remembered.
“A-Alexander...”
The only one, who is a friend in his eyes.
“SETH !!”
Seth sees Alexander appear before him. “I can’t believe it...” he thought to himself as he shivers in fear.
“Alexander...my family...they’re...they’re all dead...”
“Seth...” Alexander walks up and hugs him. ... “Mine too.”
“I guess there's no reason to live anymore.” They both closed their eyes, hoping that everything will go back to the way it was as a magical bright light exposed them to what they call the world of mages.
