another thing i made a while back and forgot to post... í actually made this in september though!!! i just had the sudden urge to make something valentine's day-ish...
anyway, it's an american-style chocolate cake with red peppercorn whipped cream, raspberries and strawberries, dark choco ganache, and decorated with a box of chocolates and some more raspberries. i was really happy with how it looked, but... well, i wanted to try making an american style chocolate cake, and i dunno if it's because i'm just used to the taste of sponge-type cakes or if it's because i kept it in the fridge, but i really didn't like the cake ^^ ;;; and it was my first time using pink peppercorns, and... they were a lot more flowery than i expected?? and they kind of overpowered everything else OTL
but i'm posting anyway since the cake was really pretty haha ^^
