I like the colourful mushrooms and glowy lines you did for the bunny-character. Very nice. Though I think the peacock feather tail should be a little darker since it's facing away from the moon, and have just slivers of bright colour, or have sort of a glow-cast to it from the mushrooms. The cross-hatch shading looks great too.
Now for the mushrooms, the outlines for the gills (the underparts of the caps) I'd recommend using light colours for the grooves since they are glowing. And for the little baby mushrooms, try just using very light, bright coloured outlines.
The bunny guy looks somewhat ok but I think the perspective on his shoulders may be a little bit off. His highlights should also have a sort of ambient pink/purple/green cast instead of pure white, since the mushrooms are glow-in-the-dark mushrooms.
Anyway, this is a very nice picture, and I think you have gone a long way. I remember reading about you on encyclopedia dramatica, and you have grown up so much since then. I'm proud of you.

Cool >w< I really love the mixture of colours and the shading. And of course the character design. I love checker pattern and I even have a tie like that XP And the gentlemanly attire's obviously very cool as well ^-^ The mushrooms look like they really glow, which is beautiful. The scenery in general is very pretty.
