Not MS Paint though; PaintBBS -- one of the Oekaki drawing tools. It's an online Java program that's a lot more powerful (and easier to use) than Paint.

Oh, Chouka, this is beautiful! I love your use of tones, I can never fogure out how to use Oekaki tones >_< They confuse me! But you sculpted her body and face beautifully ;-; And the detail in her hair, wow!! O_O! I love how delicately it seems to fold around her, and the shading is just so gooood. Her eyes are so pretty, I love how alive they look. And the perspective is AWESOME, I love the angle!!
