DYLAMUG: Based on a concept for a Mattel toy that was never produced called Dial-a-Feature, Dial-a-Mug or Dylamug, as he became known in the Filmation, cartoon, first appeared in the episode Duel at Devlan, the sixth epi...sode of the Princess of Po......wer show, that immediately followed the five episodes which made up the TV version of Secret of the Sword. Leaving aside the animated movie, Dylamug was actually the very first villain to appear in the She-Ra show. In the cartoon series he basically plays the part of a menacing bully terrorizing the villagers of Devlan and forcing them to hand to him, and the band of Horde Troopers he commands, all their belongings. He proved to be a good match even for He-Man’s twin sister, but was ultimately defeated and forced to retreat thanks to the help of the young Kristala, who asked the villagers of Devlan to overcome their fears and help the Princess of Power in her hour of need. Dylamug appears further in the late season two episode Shades of Orko, where he is one of the bad guys serving Shadow Weaver. In this episode Dylamug looks way less menacing and somewhat clumsy, while he is trying to catch Orko’s shadow. Dylamug also makes a very brief cameo appearance in the season two episode The Inspector.
