This is the 4th/3rd Royal New South Wales Regiment (RNSWR) Flag.
The flag features the Full Colour RNSWR Crest, with the colour of White which sits horizontally over the top of Green.
The RNSWR Crest features a Heraldic Lion, in a Passant Guardant pose (familyhistoryfoundation.com/20… ). The Lion is central to the crest which has the red cross of St George with a golden, 8-pointed star on each arm of the cross. (kids.kiddle.co/Coat_of_arms_of… ). This is surrounded by a wreath of Waratah leaves with the flower head of the Waratah (Telopea speciosissima) featuring on top of the wreath (www.nsw.gov.au/about-nsw/state… ). The wreath is tied together by a red bow, with a banner. The top of the RNSWR Crest is the Queens Crown.
