Description Yeh, I know, probably the wrong category to put it in. And yeh, the name is an Arctic Monkeys song - I know I'm not supposed to like them but I can't help it, it's a catchy song!

Anyway, I'm kinda annoyed with this shot. I spotted it just as I walked past, stepped back, and my camera just would not focus correctly on the squirrel. When it finally did, it was looking directly at the center of the park. Bloody hell.

Depth of field increased in Photoshop with some gaussian blur and some contrast/colour boosting, other than that it's all natural.

Looks like an excellent shot mate.

One problem though, where you have emphasised the depth of field, on the little boys leg you can see it change from focused to blurred.

What you should of done is duplicated the layer, done your gussain blur, then erased the bottom part of the photo with a feathered brush

Damn it, that's what I was trying to think of! Instead I just smudged the jagged line between focussed and gaussian blur and hoped it would look ok.

Argh...cheers anyway!
