I didn't know they made/art making a comic based on this series! I can't wait to get my hands on it.

Well Christina let me just start buy saying that you did an awesome job on this. Two things that i see at a quick glance is line weight and line control. What i mean by line weight is tapered thin to thick lines and changing up line width within the same line. In line art one of the ways to depict weight and dimension is to change line width but it is not random changing. Lines tend to get heavier toward the bottom side of curves and thinner where they are stretched out. Take a look at the breast line coming out from the armpit on Eric's original. See how it's thick under the armpit then gets thin then thickens up again toward the bottom of the breast. This creates the illusion of weight in the breast. There are many examples of this through out his drawing. He is a fantastic penciler to ink over as he has already laid out some of those line weights. The second thing i notice is line control. As you are working digital it is easy to end up with a wavy line instead of a smooth one. Unfortunately a wavy line especially on a woman can cast the illusion of negative things like cellulite. One place where that is very noticeable is the line depicting the curve of her butt that comes from her crotch to her boot. I know it is a subtle thing and in a lot of cases once it is shrunk down to comic size it may not be seen but it is something that editors will notice and is worth striving to improve. There are a number of ways in photoshop to help control that.
So all in all those being the two things that i noticed i think you are doing awesome! Keep practicing! I would love to see more comics with your name on them!

It's an awesome series. i'm more of a 'werewolf' person than vampire. if yo look in my gallery, you'll see the character design that jake & i did to be considered for the series. Patricia liked it, but the publisher chose to go with a painted look for the insides.

Oh nice! I saw it, as much as I like the painted covers I think that would have made a good one as well.

Well there's still the second book for Alpha & Omega and the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Mercy books. Which could mean another 4 serieses, who knows.

Well I'm sure yours was a little harder. I think your still doing traditional pen and ink and I'm doing digital? When did you do yours?
