Yet another easy one, this time...it looks a little weird to me.

Jeff is now a Shinx for reasons unknown, he won't tell, but we suspect he doesn't know.

Jeff Andonuts, the third character to join the party, is a young boy who resides at Snow Wood Boarding School in the northern country of Winters.

He escapes from the Boarding School with the aid of his friend, Tony, so he can go help Ness and Paula.

He is a child prodigy, able to fix broken down objects into advanced weaponry.

Unlike the rest of the group, he is the only one of the Chosen Four unable to use PSI powers.

He compensates for this in battle by the use of such weapons as bottle rockets, bombs, and other advanced mechanical devices.

He is also the son of famous inventor Dr. Andonuts.

Although no special powers, his mechanical items will deal just as much damage.
