This one became a bear. It started out a simple sketch that I thought I'd add some color too but I just kept adding and adding until a month and more later I ended up with this. The biblical text said david had a staff but he musta dropped it just before he let fly his stone and it also says Goliath's shield bearer went before him..umm..maybe he went to go get david's staff?..anyway..for now this is my definitive take on david and goliath and I'll be retiring my other versions to scraps.

very very nice! the clouds have been done very realisticly, and goliath looks like how i pictured him! I love digi paintings like this! and its cool that goliath isnt just standing there, when i was a kid, childrens books seemed to portray that davd had such an easy target because goliath was just standing still, hehe!
