Very powerful work. Rarely do you see Christ working in artwork.

Just read the poem, I like it. I think one of the most powerful parts of Ephesians 6:10-18 is in 13 and 14. You also hit at it in your poem "Whatever happens, we must stick together."
1.) That you must take a stand, not charge in at the enemy. Don't worry, the enemy will find you.
2.) Must being in community. I'm almost certain that Paul had to roman army in mind when thinking of this. Ever seen the turtle? Its a bunch of soldiers that hold their sheilds to make a turtle shell, protecting every soldier from different angles. Cool stuff.
p.s. I'm glad you like it, one of my favorite visuals.....the spiritual battlefield. As you can see from my signature

Yuhp yuhp. YOu should read the book "Waking the Dead" by John Eldridge. It talks alot about spiritual warfare and how to wage it. I always tell people, "make no mistake, we are at war. It's not a metaphor, it's real, and it's upon you like it or not. Pick a side." God bless!

indeed, the only suitable spiritual weapon. Be sure to practice with it! (study and meditate on it)

Thank you! I was worried about wearing a t-shirt and jeans even though it was an outline. The pose was inspired by watching Blade Trinity (decent movie too), he sits down looking at something and is holding his sword similar to that.
My roommate bought it for me as a gift, its just for display, cost only $7 and isn't sharp. Real ones are in the $250+ range. It hangs on my wall with the chinese symbol for faith above it.

Thx for the comment, I really like my sword and am planning on taking some more pics with it. Inspired by some other people taking pics with their swords. I like the imagery of a spiritual battlefield and the Word being the sharpest of all swords.
