Interesting, and neatly retro in its look, but I'd wonder about the acoustics of the room, myself. While the previous comment maybe doesn't follow through entirely, I can see his point. The benches that are shown appear to be very far apart. This would make conversations held there rather.. echoey, I suppose.

Sorry if I sound picky - these are just my initial thoughts.
