Description In honor of those who died on September 11, 2001.

God bless you, and God bless your families. We will never forget you. We will always love you.

As you can imagine, this was a very emotional painting for me. I hope it brings the reminder to everyone in the US of the suffering of the terrorist attacks nine years ago.

Never forget.

Great piece. May they rest peace and have God's blessing.

Such a terrible day, I didn't even know what happened, I was only 7 and my brother was 4. We thought it was a movie, little did we know...I think school was under lock down and we just watched the news. Such a scary day, never to be forgotten.

I remember I was in my fifth grade class at the time, we weren't allowed to go outside for PE or recess, and no one would tell us what happened. Hours later when we were sent home I finally found out what happened and I was stunned, that was when I leanred that bad things can happen to good people.

Wow, I'm surprised the teacher didn't tell you what was going on. They probably figured you were too young...

I didn't believe it when I heard. I thought it was a fluke or something... It wasn't until the second plane hit when I knew it was a terrorist attack.

I know, I think they just wanted to protect us because we were so young. I went to DayCare afterwards, yes I had to go to DayCare until I was 11 and they didn't tell us there either. It was incredibly hard to believe, and to comprehend.

This is very beautiful and touching!!

Thank you for doing such a beautiful picture to pay tribute to those who lost their lives in this tragedy, whether they were the victims or the rescuers.

This is simple, but it gets the point across. It's so wonderful and heartfelt

Thank you so much. <3

I knew I had to do something, even if just a quick sketch, to show my appreciation and in honor of those who died that day.

lone of the scariest days I can remember having...utterly horrifying being pulled from school to watch the news with my family...Not knowing what would happen next. i was watching when the second tower collapsed... Such a sad day that will never be forgotten.

The piece is lovely by the way, the sketchy feeling and vagueness is quite effective.

Same here. I remember watching the second plane go in, then the towers collapsing. I still cry just thinking about it.

And it drives me nuts that it seems so many people have, indeed, forgotten about this.

Thank you so much.
