I immediately imagined Wolverine getting facehugged and chestbursted. Obviously, it couldn't go through his adamantium rib-cage, a fact which conjures disturbing possibilities in my mind... And he'd be the only one to survive such an experience, thus having to deal with the repulsion and disgust he'd suffer from the body horror. So many ways to make a fantastic cosmic horror story! Also, would adamantium be vulnerable to xenomorph blood? Discuss.

Concept: Obviously awesome. Newsarama fans would bitch about it, but I think it's terrific on paper. The X-Spacesuits are a nice mesh of the Astonishing uniforms and Marvel space adventure. Your ruby-helmet thing for Cyclops is a slick move.
Execution: Really nice. I love the perspective you put with the alien tail. Your Wolverine's face actually looks more Alien-gritty than Grit-n-Gritty, which I think is a plus. I don't think Jean needs to be there, which makes the image a little crowded. You're already packing a lot of action in this image, which I assume would be a cover for the mini this would come from. I think you really only need Wolverine, the Alien, and Cyclops.

it'd be some serious bad news if the aliens managed to infest a mutant...
would the resulting alien carry mutant powers? turning them into super aliens? or would the mutation prevent the alien embryo from developing? i can see wolverine's super recovery process either killing the embryo or speeding it's development... hah, that'd be scary: an alien with regeneration capabilities.
