Beyond Birthday! XD I love L and B just as much as each other though. D: But I say B because insanity amuses me so. xDD
On terms of smartness I say L is better, but B would without a doubt have been the best successor out of all the Wammy's kids had he not gone mad and bent on surpassing L. They made him come up with such awesome methods and puzzles and such too. D:
