I like this a lot. I have two thoughts about how it could be made better though. She seems a little too white, and/or her lighting doesn't quite match, and the real key here that's missing, is depth of field (focus) the trees are way too crisp, as is the horizon line. Especially since her edges are soft from blending the cut out, the background should be even softer, or at least similarly soft. Maybe the figure in the background should be a little soft too, but I don't know, you might want to keep him crisp for detail's sake, but it's mainly the trees that stand out so much.
Also there's something about the guy's face that just does not evoke fear. I wonder if maybe he should have some modifications to the face.

Anyway, I like it though.
