Chemilla is, to say it bluntly, incredibly annoying. Her voice is always at "Outside" level, and she doesn't seem to understand why people get angry at her for it. If she thinks of someone she'll drop everything to stand outside their door and wait until they go for an errand, and then invite herself along. She complains loudly whenever something doesn't go her way, and even if someone flat out tells her she's annoying, she probably wouldn't get it unless they smashed it in with a lead pipe. She makes up for it by being very eager to learn, and willing to listen- as long as she gets her two cents in.
Chemilla carries around a thick book at all times, has plenty of "Magical" rings, twists any "Magical" beads into her hair and constantly declares she'll learn magic from it. She actually doesn't understand a word inside that book, but carrying it around at least makes her look smarter!
