I always use gel eyeliner for my waterline, it stays aaaaaaaall the time and it doesn't irritate my eyes

This is so cute! I really love this, its edgy, yet quite simple! Just shows you don't have to go all out with whole face makeup for halloween. Would love to wear this going out to a club on Halloween or something! Love it
