-Semi realism eyes Painting-i sort of wanted to make a full tutorial but my english isn't good enough sorry...
One layer used, only changed the brush mode and adjust opacity
I used Photoshop's default brush for this, 'hard round pressure' brush for sketch, details, small lighting and 'hard round opacity' brush for blending the skin
