Description
Recently learned how to make Octopi thanks to a free pattern by Ravelry User Nyanpon.I created this OctoGir using two patterns, and adjusting the patterns to make them work for my idea.

I used only the tentacle pattern, and adjusted the ring + number of stitches to make it both more stable, and large enough to accommodate Gir's huge melon of a head.
Gir's head was made by following this pattern by lanikins on Crafster: www.craftster.org/forum/index.…
I adjusted the pattern for the ears (making them larger than the original pattern), and I also free-hand-crocheted the tongue (the original pattern called for felt).
