Fanbabies are my weakness.Since Billy's real name is William and Mandy's is Amanda, their daughter would probably be Camilla; Milly for short.
Billy X Mandy Parenthood Headcanons

• Every time somebody wants to feel the baby bump, Mandy gets protective and punches folks.
• When Mandy gets weird cravings, Billy eats them with her.
• Grim buys horrifying baby toys from the Underworld for them.
• Billy and Grim both starts wearing 'dad' and 'uncle' t-shirts.
• Jeff becomes jealous until the baby is born, then turns into the GREATEST big brother ever!
• Billy constantly forgets the baby somewhere.
• Grim babysits!
• Billy and Mandy calls Grim 'Aunt Pearl' to annoy him.
• When singing lullabies, Billy turns it into a rock opera while Mandy just angrily sings to the baby.
• When Billy plays 'Got Your Nose' he literally takes the baby's nose off.
I'm still trying to figure out want kind of personality their daughter would have. Pretty much all I have about her is that she loves death related puns. So if anybody want to toss some ideas, I would love it!

I think that she probably inherited the best of her parents, the kindness and happiness of her dad and her mom's intelligence, but of course she sometimes it's a little mean, and use her brightness to get away with it, and also got the billy's sense of humor
Her best friend for sure must be grim, I think that they will get along very well, because she doesn't mistreats him like her parents did
I don't know who could be his mom (maybe mindy xD) but the Irwin's son will be in love with her, but milly won't like him, but unlike Mandy, she tries to bear him and not hurt his feelings, but sometimes she get tired
I don't know I got so many ideas for her, It's a character with so many possibilities and potential!! I really like her! I hope you could draw more of her!!!!

I was hoping someone would say this. This is exactly how I would imagine her being. Smart as Mandy, but kind as Billy. And even gets along wih Grim. I'd actually like to see a pic with her and her parent and another with Grim. But what exactly is her relationship with her parents?

I'm guessing whatever composition her group of friends ends up being(I've got a couple pairing ideas I'll share at the end), she'll probably end up being in charge much like her mom was with hers, although I also figure since she's probably a lot less mean than Mandy was as a kid she'll probably have an easier time of it, also I figure she's a lot more proactive than her mom was, since she probably blends the better aspects of her parents' personalities together(also considering all the various magics her parents have been exposed to over the years, I wouldn't be at all surprised if that has some sort of effect on her as well)
as for some of the other hypothetical children she could be friends with(most of whom I'm imagining to be girls for various reasons), here's some pairings that could work for coming up with them(for the purposes of this besides Billy & Mandy, I am also including several other Cartoon Network series, especially several that either directly or indirectly crossed over with B&M or vice versa);
Irwin/Mindy(Underfist sold me on it, besides can you imagine how ridiculous a Mummy/Vampire/Witch hybrid would be)
Nergal Jr/Pandora(think it would be cute)
Jeff/Velma Green(I picture them getting back together eventually)
Hoss/Eris(I picture their kid being a couple years older than Milly, and basically being the Cool Older Friend to her)
Hector Con Carne/Major Doctor Ghastly(I imagine any kid of theirs would probably just be a literal clone of Ghastly, but with a heavily different personality than her mother)
Mac/Goo(Mandy cameoed on Foster's once so I figure whatever town that show takes place in isn't too far from Endsville, perhaps Foster's has finally started branching out and opened a home in Endsville, with Mac & Goo in charge, picturing their kid to be in contrast with her parents, really mellow and with a major sweet tooth)
Frankie Foster/Johnny Bravo(a crack crossover pairing, but after I saw a pic of them on a date together I realized they'd make a really good couple)
Numbuh 4/Numbuh 3(canon and adorable)
Numbuh 2/Numbuh 5(also canon and adorable)
Numbuh 1/Numbuh 362(ignoring the KND finale here as personally I found it pretty mediocre)

The thing is that with Billy and Mandy being so different from one another, it's hard trying to pinpoint how their child would act. I understand what you mean by Milly being in control like Mandy. And yes, she would probably be immune to magic. But overall, their child would be a balanced of the two that confuses the hell out of people that thought she'll be either very stupid or very evil. Maybe she could be stupidly-evil, like an over the top 80s cartoon villain? Of course now I'm picturing her acting A LOT like Invader Zim which is just too perfect.
I thought I was the only one who shipped Irwin x Mindy sdvashdhasukduka I even got their kid planned out on the side. I blame the Underfist movie too!

personally I'd picture her less evil(at least regarding how she sees herself), and more the sort of good that's so controlling and manipulative that it's hard to distinguish from evil(and yeah she'd be over the top about it), it's just that she's so "nice" about it that none of her friends can really hold it against her most of the time(and now I'm picturing her and her group of friends inadvertently ending up as the primary enemies of the recently established KND sector in Endsville)
