I love that you made the face and neck more birdlike, and even the turtle shell kind of looks like wings flattened against the back.

Well, on work, my boss is putting alot of pressure on me for the "good" start of the year. I heard in many differend job-areas that bosses tend to put more and more pressure on workers instead of recognizing the already done work. They tend always to bring out what is missing and what could be done better and not what was good.

Ah, man, that bites. I definitely understand...apparently this is supposed to motivate workers, though I just find it demoralizing.
