This is my 48 Hour Film Project film that I produced, directed, and wrote August 1-3, 2014. The film screened at SIFF Uptown on August 7. Check it out on IMDb !Required elements:

Hangry (2014) ScreenplayINT. OFFICE - DAY
DR. PERRY, 50, spins in his swivel chair. BEN, 39, lies on the couch. The flyswatter is on the desk.
BEN
He took the piece of crap that he just pulled from his own pants and wiped it all over his face.
DR. PERRY
And then what happened?
BEN
He hugged me.
DR. PERRY
How did that make you feel?
BEN
Like I needed a shower.
An ALARM buzzes. Dr. Perry rises.
DR. PERRY
Well, that’s it. I’ll see you next week.
BEN
Thanks. You’ve been a great help.
Ben exits the office and closes the door behind him.
INT. KITCHEN - DAY
Dr. Perry fixes himself a sandwich. The DOORBELL rings. Dr. Perry puts his sandwich down.
INT. LIVING ROOM - DAY
Dr. Perry opens the door, revealing DANA STUMME, 38.
DANA
Hi!
DR. PERRY
Ms. Stumme? You’re early.
DANA
Please, Dana.
Dana shoves herself inside the house and walks to the office.
INT. OFFICE - DAY

Interesting film! Lots of good humor. It was a bit hard to understand what they were saying at a few points, but over all it was good.

Weird that it was hard for you to understand the dialogue in parts. You're the first to bring that up.

Great job, very funny.
Good performance by the actors, not that I'm a connoisseur of such things. Might not measure up to some current Hollywood performances, but easily outranks classics like Laurel and Hardy.
Grammar in the screenplay probably beside the point, but Ben "lies" on the couch, not "lays".

That's what happens when you write a screenplay in 20 minutes at 3 AM. There were several grammatical errors in it. I cleaned up some of it before I posted it, but I only skimmed through the thing, so I missed that one. Thanks for the heads up.
