For originality, I think this looks very original. I like how you drew Alice Angel like this, it makes her stand out ^^
For Technique, the shading and the background of this picture come to mind. The shading and lighting are well done and make Alice Angel have a bit of a glow to her. The music note frame around the picture also makes her stand out and looks appealing to the eye. The background also is very detailed as well...
For impact, it brings a flirtatious element to the picture.
