Artist note: This season was overall great, but it still had its plot holes. It had some episodes that were boring and others that were average or memorable. However, I feel guilty about rating it this low, since the finale and all the other episodes I rated as a 4 made up for the plot holes in those "meh" type of episodes I experienced throughout this season. Definitely better than season 6! I'd recommend the episodes I gave 4s if you personally haven't watched the show in awhile and are hesitant as to give it a shot again.

The finale was amazing. It was full of adventure and plenty of new characters and even Star Swirl the Bearded and the Dazzlings showed up in the actual FIM series. I personally loved how they included all the legends the main 6 admired in previous episodes and how it led up to this. I also liked how Sunburst got a say in this and decided to extend his stay with Starlight. I'm glad the show went out of their normal, boring slice of life episodes and spiced it up a ton. I loved all of these characters and how they connected to the mane 6 and how the Elements of Harmony are basically alternate versions of these legends' previous elements. This episode also made me very curious as to how aging spells truly work in Equestria though. Lots of questions will be thought of when watching this, but the finale was overall amazing and I can't wait to see more of these characters including Star Swirl and Chrysalis' return for the season 8 opener.

Grades? My grading scale is from 1 at worst to 4 at best and is shown in the description. It's not graded by letter, but I guess you could think of any 4 (excellent) as an A or A-, any 3 (good) as a B+ to a B- at the least, any 2 (okay) as a C+ to C- at the least, and then any 1 (meh) as a D+ at most and F at the least.

There is no rank below it. If there was no episode or effort at all it would be a 0, but that's isn't possible. However, I did get base all of my ratings off of what SunsetMajka626 did, so it wasn't my original idea.

I loved Daring Done but the only minor nitpick I have for that episode is when Rainbow Dash got captured pretty easily by Cabaleron's henchponies when she's way too tough a fighter to just be captured like that and be a damsel in distress just to forward the plot it makes a big plot hole. I still love Rainbow Dash and I love how Daring Do learned how she should not let her enemy Cabaleron break her spirit ever again and I love how Pinkie Pie was in that episode. Anyway I plan to do my
anyway Daring Done is still one of my most favorite episodes of season 7 along with Parental Glideance and Campfire Tales and Perfect Pear

to tell you the truth I thought Daring Do was retiring because she was getting tired of doing books and adventuring and wanted to retire and move on to another thing in her life that's what I thought it was gonna be like
in my version of Daring Done I'll make Dashie put up a fight and kick Cabalarons minions butts but then Cabalaron uses sleeping gas on Dash and later on when Rainbow is tied to the rock thing she wakes up and bites the rope off herself and then she notices the gas things at the bottom of the acid floor and hosp her way across since the curse on the temple prevents her from flying then she breaks the source of the curse that is a gem and she is able to fly in the place
doesn't that make more sense to have her captured than the other version

least faves have to be daring done, all bottled up, and fluttershy leans in. i honestly cant stand those episodes :/

I honestly think that All Bottled Up and Fame and Misfortune are not just among the best of the season (though not the top 3), but both are also among the best of the series.
Heck, right now I consider the season to have 5 of the top ten of the entire series to itself, with Perfect Pear, Royal Problem, Parental Glideance, Fame and Misfortune, and All Bottled Up
Hard to Say Anything is one of the funniest episodes of the show so far to me, and I personally love Feather Bang's part of the song more.
Triple Threat is my third favorite Spike episode so far, behind his season 6 episodes.
And I honestly prefer Not Asking For Trouble over Honest Apple, Fluttershy Leans In, and Discordant Harmony.

Yes, yes it will. 
However, I'm not sure about the EQG Summertime shorts. Even if they are cute, they're not really too much. :/ I'd give the Monday Blues a higher rating out of all of them though if I could. Why? SciSet fuel, nice song, and internal pain we all have to go to on a daily basis whether we like it or not.

somepony need to pay the duck (mexican joke), the first time was mlp in favor of equestria girls (the team was more focus in the movie rather than the series). EG suffer this time in favor to MLP movie. Also we can see the creators have a lot of ideas in the closet (butterfly / icarus Rarity backs!), so instead to only 3 shorts (nice, but not enough), give more mini shorts this time. Not the best, but better than nothing

I overall liked those episodes as well, but Perfect Pear definitely takes the cake. ^^ Pinkie Pie's character though I strangely love a bunch and am not annoyed by often, but in this episode... she was extremely annoying. I'm sorry, but that kinda ruined it for me. :/

I agree Pinkie was annoying af in RSF but I kind of overlooked that in favor of STARMAUD and BEST PONIES #1 and #3 (I know I'm obsessed XD) But yeah seeing RD and AJ's parents was great
