Actually, it depends on the version of the story that you read/watch. In Peter and the Starcatchers it is revealed that Peter physically cannot grow up because of his encounter with such a large quantity of starstuff. *nods* (And if you don't know what starstuff is, SHAME ON YOU! lol J/k.
