Hmmm a vexel is like a vector, a drawing made with shapes... or something like that.
In my work, I'd say that a vexel is a drawing made with both pen & feather on Photoshop (when a vector use only the feather)

Cool. Not too familiar with Photoshop, but I think I got that. X3 I can't afford the program. Closest I've got is PSP 8 and I don't even use that too often.
