I was so ashamed of the ugly 5-minute-doodle-comic that I had to draw someting better. X'DChii with her guardian cape o3o
Btw...she's in chara change. You can see that on the little bell that appeared at her ribbon~
So now...she acts all bossy xD Anyone wanna roleplay a bit? o u o

To start things off, I would like to say your drawing has a lot of potential. It is well designed and the pencil work is remarkably well done. The wrinkles on the clothing is done well; it has a high similarity compared to reality. Overall, you have designed a very cute character.
A few things that could be worked on is first, the hand. It seems lazily done and I can't tell if she is wearing a glove or not. If she is, then it's fine. Just make a little more indication of the fingers. If not, then I advise you to put a little more detail into it. At least show some knuckle-bumps, bending of the joints, and lines. All of this will help you to indicate fingers. (Don't worry, I understand how complex hands can be. Everyone has this sort of problem when if comes to drawing hands and feet) Another issue I see are her shoulders. Her right shoulder is fine but the left seems disproportional; irregular. It's too short making this body slightly disproportional. So, possibly widen it a bit? And finally, I am having some trouble determining the style of this drawing (shounen or shojo?). Because (in my point of perspective) the body seems to be done in a shounen format but the head seems to be shojo instead. As a result, it makes the overall character seem off a bit. If this is what you are going for, then that's fine, just ignore what I just said. But if not and you're going by one of the two ways, then I advise to shrink the head a bit (shojo). It looks a little bit big for the body. Another way is the make the body a bit taller and the limbs longer (shounen).
Overall, your drawing has a lot of potential in it. So do keep up the good work! The only issue with this drawing is the anatomy itself. Other than that, good job! I like it!
