I hope they finally explain what happened to James and if he is still alive in the next Starfox game for the Wii U coming out in 2015. Me personally, I think James is still alive.

After Dash goes into the Skyhook while in his ship - the Outrider, he destroys the core of the Skyhook, causing it to explode, but Luke noticed he disappeared and he assumes that he died in the explosion... but really, he went off into Hyperspace BEFORE it blew - he set up this stunt so that no one places a bounty on his head, since they will just be wasting their time going after a dead target.

I feel James did the same thing, to prevent Andross' fleet going after him... but what gets me is Andross knows he's dead, unless James may have faked it...

What gets me though is in an episode of pop fiction on gametrailers.com called Starfox: James McCloud, they say that Andross captured James and used him in an experiment of some sort, which made him happen to be in the universe ofΒ
F-zero. (I can't remember all of things they said, if you go watch the video you'll get a lot more info than what I can remember) So they could possibly make a mission where they go after James and bring him back into the universe of Starfox or James somehow found his way back into his home universe and we end up in happy tears that James is back (That would be my reaction)Β
OR they could go as far as Marcus McCloud's (Fox's son) time with the new and advanced technology over the time, and Marcus gets a search and rescue mission on an unknown planet. (The planet of F-zero) and when he gets James he could reveal himself as Marcus's grandfather and Fox's son, and Marcus takes James to Fox and they have a party night and all happy stuff.Β
Who know's Miyamoto could go a totally different path with the truth about James, so crazy as to never reveal at all. (Shivers 10,000 times)Β
Or a different way as to what happened and if he is still alive.
I don't know what Miyamoto will do with the new one coming in 2015, but I expect some sort of explanation (Not a bad one please Miyamoto!) as to what happened. After all he did make us wait FOREVER for another Starfox game. But all we can do, is ask as often as we can, and wait.

Really cool Star Fox piece here. (That game series needs more love.) I like the stylish Arwing, and building silhouettes in the background. Fox's stance & perspective makes him look cool, and tough. The coloring is good, and I like the thick-outline look. Almost looks comic book-ish.
