I'm don't like it too. I hold that Flash from Equestria and Flash from human world have completely different personalities. Maybe they are almost identical in appearance, but they have different natures. Mainly due to the fact that they grew up in different worlds and, because of that, each of them has experienced that couldn't experience another... So,they can't be the same person.
