Someone who knows and is true to themselves. If they're not, even if they are direct and honest (or think they are) it may not help.

It's more difficult not being direct and honest.
Matter of fact such thinking is my #2 friend rule ( of 3 ) - Always tell a friend what you think and feel, never what they may want to hear.

Direct and honest are two great value for sure.
Sometimes hard due to most contact being behind a screen.
Life is changing as well as the value we care about to call people friends. Depend on where we are in our life, the priorities we stand for. There is a time where we understand that we live only once, we do need to keep only the good around us and no longer hurt ourself with people that only bring their problem to pull us down by asking again and again while never being there when we really need.

I still value honesty and integrity...they're kind of the same but different.
From day one if someone lies to me I feel as if they're untrustworthy...I just hope that they can change my mind because I hate the fact of someone lying to me on purpose.
