Another Inktober drawing from last week. As of today, I'm still on track to complete the entire month, only five more drawings to go!This is another example of typing the prompt into my favorite stock photo site and drawing one of the results. I'm not sure this image really evokes a feeling of expensive-ness, but it was still a fun one to draw. Two of my biggest drawing weaknesses are people and clothing, so this one definitely challenged me in those areas. I think I did alright, but there are still a lot of things I can work on. Having sunglasses helped because I didn't have to draw eyes, which was a relief! This was done with two of my finest pens, one ballpoint and one artist-style, in my sketchbook.

No, you are right that was the joke, In Sydney a crummy two bedroom apartment is ridiculously expensive as in above the million dollar range. Seriously there does not have to be anything near the apartments to generate that price but becuase of the Chinese the apartments need a $500,000 for the deposit,

Yeah it is ridiculous, nowadays the only way for people to actually get one is to wait for someone to inherit it or use the inheritance to get it that's why a lot of Sydney is expensive and people are moving further west and north.
Ironically for the same price in the state of Queensland you can get yourself this mansion that has it's own wharf in an artificial river that leads to the ocean in a place called Sovereign Island, not far the Great Barrier Reef

Personally, I thought the glasses could use a little work. However, it's outlined rather well, plus you can clearly see the detail that's meant to be put in. Great job!

Yeah the glasses were a bit hard to draw with clean curves and turned out a bit squiggly in places. And I made a style choice to keep the lenses flat white, I felt like if I tried to make them reflective it would've looked terrible. But still not as bad as drawing eyes, I'm so bad at those!
