Like everyone else mentioned before me, I really love the lips! The dark, nearly black, red is beautiful. They look almost poisonous. Her eyes are lovely as well.
She reminds me a little bit of Mirage, from the Incredibles. The same hair and eye colour, though a different character feel.

While many people have complimented the lips, I feel like pointing out that the eyes are amazing too! They have a really strong green that just makes them "pop" very well. I do find the back odd however, it kind of...does not seem to have that smooth lines one would expect it to have. Then again, it may be intentional as part of your style. Awesome drawing! Keep it up

I quite like your subtle shading. Her eyes and lips are very striking! I do wish the tattoo had the same kind of shading though. Her hair is really pretty as well! I noticed that you've got a line on the left separating the back of her hair from the white background, but that doesn't continue on the other side. I'm bothered by weird things but I'd suggest either doing the same thing on both sides with the line, or keeping the background solid with no line. Either way this is very pretty, and I still like her lips.
