It's *JacintaMaree 's fiction, I haven't read it yet but you can find it at her page : ) There are also a lot of amazing character illustrations from other artists.

Hahaha, I haven't noticed but now that I looked in retrospective at your gallery, I guess you are kind of right XD. Although not "always", especially earlier works of yours have lovely backgrounds. And I do think sometimes less is more
