Gluten free strawberry jam tarts.I normally have to make everything ffrom scracth being gluten free. In my small town there is not much choice when it comes to gluten free, even less when it comes to baking so when I went out of town recently I went to a supermarket that stocked some blocks of gluten free shortcrust pastry. I had to buy some and give it a try. Of course homemade always tastes best but it made a really nice change to cheat especially seeing we will be moving house in a couple of weeks so time for baking is almost nonexistent.

If you have a sweet tooth, you would love jam tarts! I used to love them as a kid, not so much of a fan of them now though.
