Wow...... I used to have a poster of the original in my room when I was younger. Escher's work is incredibly deep. I'm impressed with your recreation. This piece is very well done.

but unlike escher this has whole other depth.....of techological and mortal decay. the polaroids of terminated androids is the most intriguing to me. and how this terminator is able to create itself being part natural and part machine. brilliant image!

I don't think it's "stolen" from Escher. Borrowed, perhaps. An homage, certainly.
Like a band doing a cover song, it's perfectly fine as long as they reinterpret the tune. And that's exactly what you've done here. The detail is extremely clever and well-executed and, while I don't understand the significance of all the symbolism, I can appreciate the fact that it's there.
