Oh my god, this is awesome.. It's like you drawn the thing from the actual thing.. Except for the Tails-

I love how you did the water with the little white glimmer bits. If I had an improvement, I'd say to make the reflections more "wavy", and to have the white 'splash' spray on sonic's board partially overlay/cover the board, and possibly make sonic's leg on the right a lil longer (or the other one shorter). The hands are so well drawn dude!
