CN started running hi rails two days after the merger on the branch lines through Whiting, I havent seen any CN power this way yet, but the J's are leaving property with three on IC, and two on the WC. I heard the Missabe wants 6 SD38's up there.

I keep heading to this crossover hoping for some CN power. So far it's only been BNSF coal transfers.

speaking of those coal transfers, I wonder if they will keep the tradition of changing power at Eola, or leave the BNSF engine's on them?

So far I still see BNSF power going north and UP power going south running through. The only thing I've seen J power on is mixed freights that are built in West Chicago or Eola. Then the J comes to get them with their own power... but who knows what the future holds.

Still using that thing! Holy cow! I thought those went out of use a decade or more ago!
When I was a kid, I used to ride my back down to the yard in my hometown and pick up recently discarded train orders. Wonder what happened to them all...?

I know it won't surprise you to hear this... but I have several hundred of them stashed away. I scanned a few and parked them in my scraps [link] but since there wasn't much interest I didn't scan any more.

My Dad has TONS of them. He's sent me a few of them recently. I may try to scan a couple of them.
