Description ATC Fabric MacGillivray's Warbler.

The background fabric was already embroidered, it is very sheer, so I left it on the paper it was mounted on,(they are from a fabric sample book) some of these have the original paper backing on them, makes them hard to sew through, but keeps them from fraying.

To keep that background embroidery from overpowering the birdie, you beefed up the sewing--a superior idea, because this is beautifully balanced.

I have since 'sealed' this one (and framed it, but I"ll show you that soon) I was very happy with this one!

All of your birds are so sweet and nicely done! I think the fraying just adds to their charm.
