What I've got hanging on MY ceiling? Not a A-10 for damn sure.
It's the old and new Thunderbolts above each other... how appropiate. Didn't they hang an old Lightning near the new one, I wonder?

In my ceiling I have hanged a 1/48 scene that comprised a B-24 J escorted by an (imaginary) "silver" P-39 Airacobra (painted as a Mustang),and pursued by a Me 262 A, a Fw 190 A8 and a Mitsubishi J2M3 Raiden!

It's very interesting to note that in the 1950's their Thundertigers Aerobatics team came to the US to perform for an international air force show. Becuase they couldn't bring their F-86s, they flew American ones painted with Taiwanese insignia for the show. Their planes were the only team that still had guns mounted inside! The Thundertigers hold the record for being the first (and the last) to be flying 12 planes in formation under 50 feet because 10 years later, the FAA set their height requirements...
